The machine, which is designed for the production of aluminum reflectors, performs vertical spinning operations with a double working feel (forward and backward), as well as vertical rolling of the edges obtained in the spinning process.
The machine is designed for the automatic production of medium-sized traffic signs made of aluminum. Vertical bending and inward pressing is performed by an electronically driven work unit, as is part handling. The machine is equipped with NC, which makes it possible, starting from a CAD drawing, to program and optimize operating parameters on polygonal pieces without the use of copy cams.
The machine is particularly suitable for performing narrowing operations on round and polygonal cylinders or closing joint operations on large truck mufflers.
